What we do:

At The Shed, we transform underused buildings into vibrant community destinations centred around sport, wellness and hospitality.

We're actively seeking industrial, warehouse and agricultural buildings across the South of England to become the next home of The Shed.

Our goal is simple: create premium indoor clubs that become a valuable long-term asset for both the local community and the property owner, bringing Padel, wellness and fitness & exercise to residents in your area.

Rather than opening as many venues as possible, we focus on creating sustainable clubs that become embedded within their local communities.

Each location is carefully selected based on demand, accessibility and long-term potential.

Our vision is to develop a network of clubs where members enjoy the same welcoming experience wherever they visit.



Our requirements:

Sites across the South.
From South London to Brighton, Guildford and Dorset.

Buildings of 10,000 sq.ft - 30,000 sq. ft. or more
With ample parking, excellent accessibility and 20 foot ceilings as a minimum.
