Cancellation Policy

You can view and cancel your bookings in the ‘My Bookings’ section of the booking portal.

To stop abuse of our booking flexibility the following conditions apply:

• You cannot cancel any booking that begins in less than 24hrs (this always overrides the following two options).

• For all other bookings you have a 24hr grace period after making payment to cancel without charge.

Note: we cannot change the time of booked slots. If you wish to change the time of a booked slot, please first cancel (if possible, see above) and then re-book.
